Refund policy

Subscriptions
Cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. A new subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment if you have used fewer than 10 scan credits. Renewals are not refundable, except where required by law.
Credit top-ups
Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been spent are not refundable.
Failed scans
A scan that fails to download the source media is refunded to your credit balance automatically. If a scan completes but the result is wrong, that is not a failure of the service: detection is best-effort and the pricing reflects that.
How to ask
Email hello@idcrate.co.uk from your account address. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
