How credits work
One credit is one standard scan. Bigger jobs cost more, in proportion, and you always see the estimate first.

Top-ups
Pro and Pro Plus can buy more credits any time. They never expire and are used after your included credits.
Optional auto top-up buys a 25 pack when you hit zero, with a monthly cap you set. Off by default.

Questions
- What is a scan credit?
- One credit is one standard Detect Audio scan of a clip up to 60 seconds. Every scan runs audio fingerprinting through up to four recognition services and a vision model over the video frames, and those cost us money per call. Credits keep that honest: light users never think about them, heavy users pay in proportion.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Included credits reset on your billing date. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire and are only used once your included credits run out.
- What happens when I run out?
- Nothing breaks. Your crate, monitors, library and playlists keep working. Scans pause until your next reset or until you buy a top-up. We email you at 80 percent so it is never a surprise.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days.
- Do you charge VAT?
- Prices shown exclude VAT. UK and EU customers see VAT added at checkout where it applies. You can pay in GBP, USD or EUR.
- Is there a team or label plan?
- Not yet. If you want shared crates and shared credits for a label or collective, register interest from the pricing page and we will build it once there is enough demand.
